Lone Pine Brewing Sapphire Unicorn is a double IPA by style. Its predecessor, DIAMOND UNICORN, marked the beginning of the SPARKLE SERIES leaving big hooves to fill for SAPPHIRE UNICORN American Double India Pale Ale. However, once we cracked into SAPPHIRE UNICORN's all-new hop blend of Columbus, Ella, Citra Incognito, Citra Lupomax Pellets, and Sabro, it was clear to us we had created a whole new mystical beast. This craft beer is 7.8% ABV. In this craft beer review, we will take a look at the color, smell, and taste.
