Citra Amarillo Chinook
I picked up the Anvil Foundry and wanted to test it out so I took 11 LBS of 2-Row and 1 LB of Venia malt and added Citra and Amarillo hops in the boil. Once it was cold down I split it into 5 1 gallon batches and dry hopped with 5 different hops. This one is using Chinook hops
Recipe

Color: Bright yellow. Some haze
Smell: Fruit sweet lemon citrus. The fruit and citrus mix well in this one
Taste: Hint of spice with some toasted bread. Hint of citrus and fruit
Overall: I think the chinook is bring out the malt in this beer. Almost like I used more than 2 malts. Not as much fruit.
