2 LBS 4 oz Rahr 2-Row Pale Malt

.29 oz Strata 12.1% AA @ 30 mins

US-05 Yeast

.25 oz Strata 12.1% AA Dry Hop 4 days into Ferm

Post Boil Gravity 1.055 had a little over 1 gal

Finished at 8 Brix

ABV 4.91% ABV BeerSmith wanted 5.1%
