Coffee IPA
I wanted to try something different with my IPA's that I have been making. I have had some Pale Ales with Coffee that have been good but I wanted to see what I could make. So here is the recipe that I used for my 1st try.
This is for a 5 gal batch
2-ROW 85.1%
FLAKED OATS 8.5%
40L 6.4%
1 OZ CASCADE @ 20 MINS
1 OZ CITRA @10 MINS
1 OZ CASCADE @ 5 MINS
1 OZ CITRA @ FLAME OUT
2 OZ COFFEE BEANS AFTER FERM
1 OZ CITRA DRY HOP
WLP001 YEAST
