Chocolate Mead 2018
This chocolate mead started out as a 5 gallon batch that I split into 5 one gallon batches. The yeast that was use was WLP720.
The chocolate that was use was Brewer's Best chocolate flavoring. This is my 1st time using this flavoring so I wanted to take it slow and not get to much chocolate flavor in the mead.
I think using the WLP720 did make this mead sweeter than the ones in the past. I think this one does need a little bit more chocolate flavoring as I'm not picking up chocolate in the taste.
