Golden Promise Citra Nelson Sauvin Session IPA

Malt: 2 LBs 4 oz Golden Promise

Hops: Citra .39 oz 30 mins

Hops: Citra and Nelson Sauvin .29 whirlpool 10 mins

Yeast US-05

This is batch 23-3. Here is another one that didnt finish. Still at this time I have not had a beer finish using US-05 or S04 yeast. I think this one has some oxidation.

Color burnt orange and hazy.

Smell white wine grapes with a little sweet fruit.

Taste lots of happiness. Hints of fruit but more sweet malt with some orange grapefruit rind on the back end.
