This homebrew is using Rahr, 2-Row Pale, and Golden Promise Malt with Strat and BRU-1 hops. Small Batch 1.25 GAL into the fermenter.

2 LBS Rahr 2-Row Pale Malt

4 oz Carafoam Malt

4 oz Golden Promise Malt

.35 oz Strata 12.1% AA @ 30 mins

.29 oz BRU-1 14.5% AA @ 5 mins

S-04 Yeast

.25 oz BRU-1 14.5% AA dry hop 4 days into ferm

.25 oz Strata 12.1% AA dry hop 4 days into ferm
