Is a Homebrew balanced with only 2 LBS of Grain? Lemon Drop and Rahr Pilsner SMaSH All Grain BIAB

Next up in our small batch series is Lemon Drop and Rahr Pilsner malt. As we have been learning using 2 LBS 12 oz of Grain might be too much in a smash beer. We have been getting 7 and 8% ABV beers. So in this small batch, I have changed the recipe to see if I could bring the ABV down to show off the hops a little more but still try and keep a balanced homebrew.
