Shorts Brewing Its About Thyme is today's craft beer review. A golden orange colored American India Pale Ale brewed with orange blossom honey and fresh thyme. Pungent dank hop aromas blend perfectly with some herbal, bready and light sweet citrus complements. Definitive thyme and fruity apricot-like hops flavors, lead into a sticky hop finish, with an enhanced dryness brought on by the honey’s higher degree of fermentability. The overall bitterness builds as it lingers on the palate.
