Today Jessica and I review Black Currant Sour Foudre from Berrin Brewing. From the site: Black Currant Sour is the first batch in the Perrin Foudre Series. This beer was soured with Brett Trios yeast & Labtobacilus Brevis than aged for 9 months in an oak foudre.
